Thanks for the link to the mentioned thread. It cleared up a lot. On my other (older) P4 machine it all works fine. Only difference is the CPDN version. There I'm still running on CPDN 4.04! Due to the fact that it seems to be a CPDN 4.12 problem I enabled Einstein again on my new machine and it works fine until now (7 hours). I'll keep CPDN stopped on the new machine until bug is fixed because I absolutely do not want to switch to another anti virus software. Thanks again!

BOINC client: 4.25 for windows_intelx86 CPN version: 4.12 Einstein version: 4.79 SETI version: 4.09 Machine: CPU Intel 530J (3.0 GHz), Chipset 925XE, RAID 1, running 7x24h. First error message was "Exit status -2 (0xfffffffe)" for CPN wu. After that Einstein couldn't create process due to lack of system resources. SETI runs continously further without problems.
