I had a similar problem and it was because I was running BOINC 4.19 and had to upgrade. That fixed it but don\'t know if this is the same problem you have.
2) Questions and Answers : Windows : 5.2.2 - not uploading trickles, started today, fine earlier in the day (Message 16928)

My 5.2.2 clients(2 of 5 are 5.22) are getting the following message and no trickles are being uploaded, even though they seem to be ready and/or they are not showing up in my statistics at the web site. Started today sometime.

Anyone else seeing this?

My trickles are going through and showing up as recorded however total credit is not incrementing.

I have checked a few other users and it seems to be the case for everyone?

I continue to have this problem on Win XP Pro SP1 with no firewall AND on Win 2000 SP3. Have the climateprediction guys said anything about this yet? I'm dead in the water. I did have the CHECKSUM error but I did finally get by that only to encounter the FORTRAN RTL error. Awaiting info from someone!

Well, I'm glad it wasn't just me. I have the same problem. Checksum error.

After several retries, I am apparently at my DAILY QUOTA.

I will assume the problem is on the climateprediction end and await it to be fixed.

Mike
